London Bridal Fashion Week announces first edition

London Bridal Fashion Week has announced the launch of its first trade show, which showcases the best of

premium bridal labels to domestic and overseas buyers.

“We are in constant conversation with the bridal industry and we have a firm belief that in recent years the needs of this very specific sector have not been met,” explains Alejandra Campos, Event Director for the London Bridal Fashion Week and former Show Director for the National Wedding Shows.

“The time is right for the launch of London Bridal Fashion Week, the international platform focused on representing the interests of both leading premium manufacturers and designers.” LBFW will be organised and run by In Events Ltd, with the additional support from exhibition organisers Mercury Events.

The trade event has been planned accordingly with the international fashion calendar and buyers' needs in mind and is set to be held on May 17 to 19, 2015 at the Old Billingsgates, on the north bank of the Thames.

The event organiser aim to tightly curate LBFW to ensure the full interests of the niche bridal sector will be addressed, giving buyers from around the world the opportunity to source the latest collections from designer labels in bridalwear, occasionwear, menswear and accessories in just one visit. The event orginiser's plan on hosting the trade event annually in the same venue.

LBFW will deliver an exclusive and stylish showcase of the latest bridal collections to an invited audience from throughout the UK and overseas.
