Although designer Lou Dalton may be a little busy this morning showing

her Autumn/Winter 2014 collection at the London Collections: Men at the Victoria House, it appears to be that one part of her line will be available for sale in no time.

The designer has renewed her partnership with British footwear retailer Grenson and designed a lace-up boot in textured leather, reported WWD. Dalton has collaborated with Grenson for the past two seasons and the newest boot will go up for sale at the newly opened Dover Street Market in New York, as well as London after her show today.

The sturdy boots fall in line with Dalton's Autumn/Winter 2014 collection, which according to the designer was inspired by the idea of what “a young farmhand working the land [and] what this kid would need to wear to withstand the elements”. The boots will go on sale in black at the Dover Street Market for 650 pounds and from January 14 a oxblood version of the boot will go up for wholesale at Dalton’s showroom in Paris.

Dalton studied at the Royal College of Art, graduating in 1998 and has previously worked for Stone Island, Crucianni Knitwear and Charlie Allen before starting her own eponymous men's wear line.
