Major co-operation deal signed between Idex Group and PTAK to promote Off-Price Show in Poland

of the Off-Price Show, the leading stock fashion event, and Centrum Targowe “Ptak”, the largest wholesale fashion centre in eastern Europe, have signed a major collaboration agreement to promote future Off-Price Shows at the centre.

The Off-Price Show is the number one European event for stock fashion and short order ‘fast-fashion’. Established 10 years in the UK, over 15 years in Las Vegas, USA, it is now in its 3rd edition in Poland, and is launching in Spain in 2012. The event showcases high quality, competitively priced in-season fashion which is traded on a stock or short order basis. the Off-Price Show Polska moves to the centre for its next edition in October 2011 (23rd-24th), and future editions.

Ptak, situated just outside Poland’s 3rd largest city, Lodz, the traditional home of Poland’s textile industry, has been established for 20 years, and is home to more than 2,500 fashion suppliers. Ptak attracts 4.5m visitors each year, and is the largest centre of its type in eastern Europe, well served by excellent transport links including its international airport just 20km from the venue.
