Margin London moves to Olympia

Margin, the longest-running independent fashion trade exhibition, is back on the 4th & 5th

of August 2013 to provide a much-needed platform for new brands launching for the first time.

New for August, Margin is moving to a new venue, that is more convenient for buyers & press as well as being larger.

Margin has been based in Mayfair for many years but, with no consistent show dateline for August (all London shows are taking place on different dates), Margin surveyed their database of buyers to ask them what dates they should place Margin on.

The overwhelming response was that Margin should take place on the same dates as Pure at the Olympia Exhibition Centre.

To make the life of buyers & press easier, Margin is moving to the Westminster Suite, at the Hilton London Olympia Hotel, to which visitors will be able to make the 5 minute walk from Pure, without having to take taxis or public transport to visit the show.

"We're excited at the move to make the life of visitors easier, as well as the additional floorspace we'll have to play with to fill with great new designers & brands" said Odysseas Constantine, the organiser of Margin London.

Buyers have already responded positively to the move. Maria Telford, the owner and buyer of independent boutique Eternal Envy in Heaton Moor, said "We’re delighted with the move Margin are making to Olympia. As stalwart supporters of such a great trade show, we’re looking forward to the increased space too, to fit in even more fab designers."

The owner of Eden in Edinburgh, Ruth George, added "Great news about Margin! The venue move will allow me to fit more buying into my London visit in August".

The 24th edition of Margin London will take place on the 4th & 5th of August 2013 at the Westminster Suite in the Hilton London Olympia Hotel.
