Maxime Simeons leaves Leonard

With the current chess game going on between top design houses and their creative

directors, the latest porn in the move around is Maxime Simeons, who after endless speculation, has departed from luxury French label, Leonard.

The young French talent was hired with much fanfare in October 2011. Simoens, who is still just 27, said that his departure from the label would leave him "free to concentrate on new projects," and asserted despite rumours linking him with the vacant creative directorship at Christian Dior that his focus will be on his eponymous label.
