McArthurGlen to offer exclusive Golden Week deal

In order to bring a little taste of China to the UK, Europe's largest designer outlet group, McArthurGlen, had decided to team up with

the Chinese bankcard network UnionPay, to bring a series of special offers, just in time for Golden Week.

In honor of the upcoming Chinese national holiday, better known as Golden Week, 12 McArthurGlen centers will handout Fashion Passports to Chinese customers who present their UnionPay credit or debit card at the Information Desk. The Fashion Passport entitles them to a special discount at participating McArthurGlen outlets in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and the UK.

Between September 27 and October 12,2014, Chinese visitors can show the Fashion Passport in exchange for an extra 10 percent discount at selected stores and a complimentary beverage. Chinese shoppers in Austria, Germany, Holland and the UK will also be given a special voucher, which entitles them to a limited-edition McArthurGlen Golden Passport holder, when they spend 250 euros, or 200 pounds in the UK.

The 12 McArthurGlen centers which are participating in the offer include centers in Parndorf and Salzburg in Austria, Berlin and Neumünster in Germany, Roermond in the Netherlands, Florence, Rome, Naples, Venice and Milan in Italy and Manchester and York in the UK.
