Boxpark, the retail home of pop-up stores in London's Shoreditch, is to see a temporary

addition of unisex brand Monochrome.

The store will launch with the brand’s SS14 collection on December 23rd, which is inspired by the “fast, volatile, urban lifestyle of London”.

Monochrome said the collection’s mood is influenced by the original protective uniforms worn by liquidators (bio-robots) after the 1986 radioactive disaster at the Chernobyl atomic power plant.

Monochrome focuses on using sustainable, user and environmentally fabrics such as Cotton Skin – a 98 percent cotton, 2 percent elastane blend that feels like leather but is very soft and natural; easy to wash in cold water and doesn't crease.

The pop-up will remain until December 29th.
