New designer lounge

Showcasing undiscovered designer collections, the Designer Lounge is a weekly event for press,

buyers and stylists offering budding talent. Each Wednesday from 5pm the boutique and showroom space situated in Portman Village will host 2-3 of the latest up and coming designers.

The designers will be prepared beforehand for Designer Lounge meetings if they feel they would like some direction. Designers will be carefully selected to participate together based on their relevance to the target buyers. They will receive advice and training about how to manage any sales through to delivery for designers involved but they will not manage the sales for the designer.

Each designer will showcase his or her collection in a professional environment. They will be given the chance to present their collection to buyers that they contact themselves. The Lounge is for members only, and any sales generated from the buyers attending the event will be set at a commission rate of 10% to Fashion Enter Ltd for the first year and 5% thereafter.

Designer Lounge is organised by Fashion Enter, an industry based specialist and training provider that offers support to designers, retailers, manufacturers and NEETs.
