Shortly after British designer Nicholas Kirkwood

sold a stake in his fashion brand to LVMH, he launched a pop-up store in Mayfair, London, which is said to exclusively offer his men’s collection in an ongoing effort to expand the label’s presence.

The temporary pop-up shop offers the designers complete men’s Fall/Winter 2013 line and is located on the same street as his women's flagship store, Mount street. The interior of the store was created by architectural designer Mehrnoosh Khadivi and is loosely based on the all-black concept Kirkwood incorporated into his past show this June.

The store will offer Kirkwood’s men’s collection from the end of October until the middle of January 2014. The designer is also set to launch a men’s only e-commerce next month, at Nicholaskirkwood.com, in order to highlight his new men’s collection, which debuted January this year. Nicholas Kirkwood began his career as a footwear designer hand-crafting shoes for himself, as well as a handful of special clients, before he decided to design women’s luxury shoes in 2005.
