Saban Brands has signed an agreement with lifestyle brand Parigi Group for the production

and distribution of the Paul Frank childrenswear line, which it acquired in 2010.

The Small Paul and Paul Frank Children's collections will come in an assortment of styles with classic Paul Frank designs, and will range from infants to tweens for both girls and boys. The first collection is set to roll out in autumn 2013. In Europe, the Italian company Maglificio Simon hold the licensee for Paul Frank and Small Paul.

"We are excited to team up with one of the leading children's apparel manufactures in the business. We are confident that their expertise and fashion execution paired with Paul Frank's classic colourful designs is sure to bring the brand to the next level," said Nina Leong, Senior Vice President of Licensing for Saban Brands.

In addition to adding childrenswear to its range of apparel and accessories, Paul Frank, which was founded by a group of friends in 1997, is also teaming up with contemporary accessories company Loungefly on a new travel collection. The line will feature Paul Frank’s iconic monkey, Julius, and will include a range of bags, backpacks, wallets, coin purses, lunch boxes, jewellery and key caps. The new range will be available spring 2013 and will make its debut at MAGIC in Las Vegas this month.
