Paul Smith to show in Tokyo

Paul Smith has announced he will show his S/S 12 collection in Tokyo, next month.

The women’s line will be shown in London during London Fashion Week and then will be re-shown in Tokyo alongside the menswear offering, on October 16th.
 
The move comes after the popularity of the British heritage brand in Japan; it will be the first Fashion Week in the country since the shows were cancelled in the wake of the country's earthquake in March.
 
"It will serve as an initiative of all people involved in fashion and creation to bring vitality and inspiration to the rest of the nation," organisers said.
