PFW: Gaga walks for Thierry Mugler

The fashion world can’t get enough of 21st century icon, Lady Gaga. It has been confirmed that

she will walk in the Thierry Mugler show at Paris – the debut from ubiquitous stylist and new Mugler creative director, Nicola Formichetti. Since Formichetti acts as her super stylist, and where the Gaga influence has seen a worldwide following, perhaps it is not such a surprise.

However as she now adds catwalk model as another string to her bow, the show will simultaneously see the release of her new single, ‘Government Hooker.’ The show will be live streamed via Thierry Mugler's Facebook page, tonight at 9 p.m. Paris time.

"We have to have security backstage so the girls don't steal all the clothes, Gaga being one," Formichetti told WWD. As for what we can expect from the collection, "the collection is much, much more wearable and more luxury-based, rather than [stage] wear," he added.

Fashion meets art meets music – looks set to be a spectacle.
