PPR nails sale of Redcats

French luxury group PPR is finishing the sale of its Redcats USA business, which owns catalogs

and the website OneStopPlus, the ‘New York Post’ reported Monday.

According to the journal – which quotes sources familiar with the matter, private-equity firms like TPG, Leonard Green, Berkshire Partners and CCMP are potential bidders, sources said.

Investment bank Peter J. Soloman was hired to supervise an auction for the unit.

Karen Davis, a spokeswoman for Redcats USA, told the newspaper "there is no further information to share at this time."
