Menswear retailer, Pretty Green, owned by musician

Liam Gallagher of Oasis fame, is looking to open a Central West London space on London’s well known Regents Street.

Already with store presence in Covent Garden and Carnaby Street, it is a further step in expansion plans with 12 stores across the UK. Regent Street is an area with British customer loyalty but also plenty of foreign tourist shoppers, so the fashion label hopes store presence in the area will mean they can capitalise on popularity with Japanese market, since their store opening in Tokyo, earlier this year.

London’s West End is increasingly favoured by tourists, particularly Chinese shoppers, who seek out the famous luxury quarter to bag products at a discount thanks to tax-free shopping, while the area is also a Christmas shopping hub during the festive season.

Whilst no official date has been released, a spokesperson for Pretty Green says: “As part of our on-going growth plan we are currently looking for a flagship store on Regent Street.”
