Radley & Co CEO joins McArthurGlen

Designer outlet group McArthurGlen has announced the appointment of

Radley & Co CEO Sven Gaede to the newly created position of retail development director.

Reporting directly to McArthurGlen's chief operating officer Stephane Labelle, Gaede has been tasked with focusing on the development of the corporate retail strategy and will work in partnership with the Group’s managing directors in order to provide retail direction and expertise to the business.

Prior to his time at Radley & Co and luxury goods company Richemont, Gaede spent four years in senior management positions at GAP in the United States and the UK, as business development director and then finance director.

Commenting on the appointment, Labelle, said:  "Sven brings a wealth of retail experience working in key positions for some of the world's most sought-after luxury brands. The creation of this new position will continue to strengthen our management and retail teams, and enable us to focus on our top priority of delivering a unique, top-class retail proposition for our  brand partners and for the many millions of consumers who visit our centres across Europe each year."
