Ralph Lauren, the American premium fashion and lifestyle brand, has announced that senior
vice president and chief financial officer, Tracey Travis resigned from the company on Monday, and will leave on July 30.Travis has been with Ralph Lauren since 2005 and said that she was resigning from the company to “pursue other interest”. The retailer has confirmed that the search for her replacement has already begun and that they will consider “both internal and external candidates”.
In the interim, senior vice president of finance Robert Madore, who has been with the company since 2004, will serve as CFO.
