Retail Trust launches Master Class Programme

The Retail Trust, the charity that looks after people working

in the retail sector, has been awarded £30,000 by the George Spencer Trust to help 40 first time managers in small small to medium sized retail businesses to develop their skills through a new Master Class Programme.

Starting in February 2012, with the aim of inspiring middle managers in their first retail management role by offering them the opportunity to learn from ‘masters’ in retail who will share their journey and experience. Delegates will also be able to share and discuss best practice and to understand how to apply this learning back in the workplace.
