Fashion flash sale site SecretSales has named Thomas Pink director Melanie Traub as chief
commercial officer, following the news that the business had achieved 80 percent growth year-on-year in its first half results.Joining from Thomas Pink, where she worked for 10 years as global buying, merchandising and distribution director, Traub will be responsible for the strategic commercial development at SecretSales to drive further growth and sales.
Prior to Thomas Pink, Traub held roles at Asprey & Garrard Ltd, Kookai and Marks and Spencer.
She joins other recent appointments at the etailer including chief financial officer Will Dresner, chief marketing officer Robert Moss and chief technology officer Douglas Squirrel, as the flash sale site drives to increase revenue and growth.
Secret Sales co-founders Nish Kukadia and Sach Kukadia said: “As Secret Sales continues to post record results while also rolling out key development, product and marketing initiatives, now is the right time to review and redefine our commercial strategy.
