SecretSales launches loyalty scheme

Flash sales site SecretSales has launched a customer loyalty scheme, which offers customers money

off vouchers to redeem against their next purchase.

For every pound spent, customers will receive five points, and once they reach 500 points they will get a 5 pound gift voucher to use on the shopping site, which is valid for three months.

SecretSales Chief Marketing Officer Robert Moss said: “The decision to offer a loyalty scheme was made in response to extensive marketing research and customer feedback.

“We are constantly striving to differentiate ourselves from our competitors and are certain this unique offering in our market will help us stand out from the crowd.”

This follows the news that the flash sales site, which achieved 80 percent growth year-on-year in its first half results, is expected to announce “significant growth” for the 2012 calendar year in the next few weeks.
