Shortlist for Global Fashion Awards

Erdem and Jonathan Saunders have both made the shortlist for the The Global Fashion Awards’

Most Influential Womenswear Designer, it was announced last night.

Sponsored by trend forecaster, WGSN, the prize, which will be presented in New York, in October, also includes Christopher Bailey, Marc Jacobs, Prada and Phoebe Philo for Celine for this covetable Womenswear award.

No British names, however, made the menswear award this year – with the likes of Raf Simons, Tom Ford and Riccardo Tisci in the running.
