Stella McCartney to design UK Olympic uniforms 2016

Stella McCartney has again been chosen to design Great Britain's official team uniform and kit for

the Olympic Games to be held in Brazil in 2016.

According to sources the kit would reflect a lot of patriotism, just like the previous designs for the London 2012 kit.

McCartney's first Olympic kit was two years in the making, with the design focussed on the Union flag, broken down and reconstructed with a modern and contemporary twist.

In 2012, Adidas was the official sportswear provider for Teams GB and Paralympics GB. Stella McCartney is the creative director of the Adidas Olympic project.
