Supertrash in first place of brands list The Independent

The Dutch brand Supertrash has moved to the number one

position on the ''Top Brand of the week list'' of the website Polyvore and the British newspaper The Independent. Each Tuesday the The Independent UK reports about top brands, celebrities, websites and trends of Polyvone on its website. The Dutch brand this week bumped Topshop from the top spot.

Last week Supertrash, the brand by Dutch entrepreneur Olcay Gulsen, entered the top ten of the list in fifth position. This week the ‘it-label’ - as The Independent calls the brand - moved to first place. When doing so it passed Rag & Bone, Fat Face, Jane Norman and former number one: Topshop. In a significant fall, Topshop in its turn dropped to the ninth position. Topshop does stay in the top three of the Websites list.

The ‘hit lists’ are based on Polyvone, a website where visitors can express their fashion preferences in an online profile. Polyvone welcomes approximately 6.5 million visitors per month.
