Swarovski has announced fifteen designers will make up the Swarovski Collective for Autumn/Winter 2014, who will showcase

their collections at London, New York and Paris fashion weeks.

The group includes returning designers Emilia Wickstead, Michael van der Ham, Mary Katrantzou, and Huishan Zhang in London; Prabal Gurung, Rodarte, Suno, and Wes Gordon in New York; and Anthony Vaccarello, Maxime Simoens, Alexis Mabille, and Masha Ma in Paris.

There are also three new designers joining the collective for AW14 including London-based label Fyodor Golan, helmed by design duo Fyodor Podgorny and Golan Frydman, who won Fashion Fringe in 2011.

They are joined by US designer Brandon Sun, who has previously worked for both J.Mendel and Oscar de la Renta, and Indonesia-based Tex Saverio, who will be showing in Paris for the second time, having gained worldwide attention for the wedding dress he designed for Jennifer Lawrence’s character, Katniss, in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire film.

Nadja Swarovski, member of the Swarovski Executive Board, commented: “Putting our crystals into the hands of creative talents always seems to inspire and results in the most extraordinary experimentation. Members of the Swarovski Collective continue to amaze us with their ability to fuse crystal so imaginatively into their collections. This season is no exception and we are thrilled to welcome some exciting new talents into the programme for Autumn/Winter 2014.”

The international programme has supported up-and-coming and established fashion talent while encouraging creativity and innovation with crystal for 15 years. Each member of the group will receive financial support along with a “free reign” to experiment with Swarovski’s crystal range.
