Thierry Mugler withdraws Oscar Pistorius ad campaign

Thierry Mugler has respectfully withdrawn their ad

campaign starring athlete Oscar Pistorius, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

Thierry Mugler fragrances have dropped Oscar Pistorius as the face of its men's scent, Amen.

Olympic and Paralympic sprinter Pistorius was arrested on suspicion of the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp last Thursday, February 14.

In an interview with WWD, the French beauty brand stated it was, "out of respect and compassion for the families implicated in this tragedy, Thierry Mugler Perfumes has taken the decision to withdraw all its campaigns with Oscar Pistorius."

Thierry Mugler are not alone to pull out of a contract with Pistorius; Nike ditched their campaign with him earlier this week.
