Thomas Steinbrueck moves to Porsche Design

Porsche Design Group has announced Thomas Steinbrueck

as its first creative director and coordinator for customer experiences. In the newly created role, Steinbrueck’s foremost tasks will be to promote Porsche Design's market repositioning as a luxury brand for fashion and accessories.

Steinbrueck joins from Elie Saab where he was vice president of collections, responsible for the design and brand identity. Prior to that role, he president of merchandising and design for Kenneth Cole, New York.

Founded in 1972, Porsche Design has become a luxury brand with a special focus on technically inspired products, the portfolio comprises of watches, sunglasses, luggage, a sports and fashion collection, electronic products and a men's fragrance line. All of the brand's products are designed in the Porsche Design Studio in Zell am See, Austria and are sold worldwide in the brand's own stores, franchise stores, shop-in-shops, high quality department stores and in exclusive specialist shops.
