Timberland wins green spirit awards

Timberland’s green spirit in the last month was greatly

acknowledged by many.

Points of Light, the principal American non profit organization with more than 20 years of history, and Ethical Corporation, important independent society in London, who since 2001 evaluates the global business ethic and how large companies respond to the sustainable business program, recognized and awarded Timberland with two prizes for its continuous work in favour of the environment and for the developmental politics of an active program in Corporate Social Responsability.

Specifically, the American brand was assigned with the Corporate Engagement of Excellence 2012, for having conceived an innovative volunteer program, destined to bring about a positive and concrete change in the country, and the Responsible Business Award 2012 for the category Best Sustainability Report.
