Geoffrey J Finch, founder and creative director of Antipodium,

has joined Topshop as part-time creative design consultant.

Finch, who will continue to serve as creative of the womenswear label, will work under Topshop’s creative director, Kate Phelan, and alongside head of design Emma Farrow.

"We are all very excited and honoured to have Geoffrey join the Topshop design team," Farrow told Vogue. "He has established such a strong identity and innovation at Antipodium, whilst creating incredibly commercial and desirable clothes. I can't wait to get his view on our trends and ideas to see where we can take Topshop in the future."

Commenting on his new role, Finch added: "I am very honoured to have been chosen by Topshop as their new creative design consultant and thrilled that this will entail working with the enormously talented Emma Farrow and under the direction of Kate Phelan, one of the most influential and inspiring women in fashion.”

Finch founded womenswear label Antipodium in London in 2006 with Ashe Peacock.
