CBME China, the organizers of the world's largest trade event for baby,

children and maternity products is set to launch a new trade show for children's fashion this summer.

'Cool Kids Fashion' aims to bring together established international children clothing brands, as well as emerging children's wear designers under one roof to show the upcoming trends in children fashion (0-16 years.) The trade show also aims to showcase children accessories alongside fashion during the three-day event and will feature a kids fashion runway, fashion museum, and lectures such as trend forums and fashion talks.

Athena Gong, general manager for UBM China commented: “In the recent China's Children's Wear Industry Report, the market volume for children's wear in China is over RMB 100 billion (16.4 billion dollars), and is still growing at 25 percent to 30 percent every year. A lot of fashion brands have their eye on China, we are providing them with a platform to promote their brands, connect with distributors and get a foothold into the China market.”

She adds that 'Cool Kids Fashion' aims to become the 'dominant platform gateway' for any brand looking to enter China's children fashion market. Any brands or labels who are interested to join 'Cool Kids Fashion' can submit an application form to the trade show technical committee for review and qualification to show. The children's fashion trade show launches on 22-24 July at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in China.
