UK sourcing company acquires Xavia Fashions

UK-based, global fashion sourcing company Simon

Foster Sourcing Limited (SFS) has agreed to acquire London-based jersey wear Xavia Fashions Limited in a deal that will further strengthen its global sourcing capabilities.

The Xavia acquisition will broaden the SFS’s capabilities in the provision of global sourcing for major retailer’s worldwide covering men’s, women’s and children’s wear. The enlarged group is now able to offer jersey wear, knitwear, casual wovens and denim.
