Versus Versace taps designer Anthony Vaccarello

Luxury brand Versus Versace has announced a future

collaboration with Belgian designer Anthony Vaccarello, who will create a capsule collection for the line.

He is the latest designer to team up with the sister line of Versace, after J.W Anderson launched his capsule collection this year May and British rapper M.I.A created a collection for the brand which was inspired by Versace designer copies.

Donatella Versace, the creative director at Versace said that she “can't wait to collaborate” with Vaccarello and “see Versus Versace through his eyes”. The Belgian designer commented that teaming up with the brand was a “dream job.”

Vaccarello first begin his fashion career working for Karl Legerfeld at Fendi, before he moved to Paris and started his own eponymous line in 2009. His capsule collection for Versus Versace will include ready-wear pieces and accessories and will be unveiled at a special launch event sometime next year.
