Vestiaire Collective appoints ShopStyle VP as Managing Director

Vestiaire Collective, the pre-owned, luxury, fashion website

has appointed Shannon Edwards as Managing Director,  five months after the French retailer launched in the UK.

Edwards joins Vestiaire Collective from ShopStyle Europe where she was Vice President and Managing Director Europe having launching the business in the UK in 2008 and France and Germany in 2009.

Launched in Paris in 2009, Vestiaire Collective was founded by French internet entrepreneur, Sébastien Fabre alongside five co-founders and it has developed into a cult online fashion community for women to buy and sell designer fashion.

By appointing Edwards as MD it is hope that she can lead the company’s growth in the UK, since its launch in March the site has attracted a high number of British consumers registering, buying and selling through the French site.
