VFS men line-up

For SS12, Vauxhall Fashion Scout (VHS) will present KYE, Posthuman Wardrobe, Trine Lindegaard

and Baartmans, and Siegel at the Ones To Watch Men show. The shows will be hosted during London Fashion Week’s dedicated menswear day on 21st September.

Last February, Korean designer Kathleen Kye graduated from Central Saint Martins MA Menswear and with her brand she wants to create new menswear shapes featuring powerful lines with a sense of humour. Nimesh Gadhia of Posthuman Wardrobe is a pharmaceutical scientist-turned-designer, who has worked on Savile Row with Ozwald Boateng and Vacher & Jacobs. Danish designer Trine Lindegaard's design mix embellishments and knits, and her graduate collection is named as 'one to watch' by vogue.com. Introduced to each other whilst working at Viktor&Rolf, Wouter Baartmans and Amber Siegel graduated from Menswear Fashion Design MA course at London College of Fashion, and have a luxe menswear brand that already partnered with British shoe company Grenson.

VHS looks out for emerging innovative designers and creates a platform to present them to the press and fashion industry. A jury of industry experts will select the most talented for a collaborative fashion show and exhibition during London Fashion Week.
