Warehouse MD to step down

Meg Lustman, managing director of womenswear retailer Warehouse, is thought
to be stepping down from her operational role next month.According to reports in The Independent, Lustman who has been with Warehouse since 2009, is expected to leave her day-to-day role with the fashion chain, although she could remain on the board of parent company Aurora Fashions.
The news comes after Warehouse delivered a strong festive trading performance with an increase of 7 percent on like-for-like sales in the UK over the five weeks to December 29.
Commenting to The Independent, Derek Lovelock, executive chairman of Aurora, said: "Under Meg's leadership, Warehouse has flourished and we can report strong trading over the Christmas period.
“Warehouse has a strong management team so we don’t anticipate making any appointments in the near future.”
