WearYouWant secures 1.5 million dollars in funding

Thailand-based WearYouWant raise 1.5 million dollars in a Series A funding round from investors

including Digital Media Partners, OPT SEA, IMG Investment Partners and co-founder Julien Chalte.

The fashion retail site was founded in 2011 by Chalte and Toft Sorensen. At present, the site reportedly carries 450 brands and 12,500 items for its active customers.

The site works with two logistics operators and allows its customers to pay cash on delivery.

Despite months of political unrest in Thailand, WearYouWant says it has seen a triple-digit growth rate over the last six months.
