Wendy Bellissimo to design for Destination Maternity

Maternity apparel retailer, Destination Maternity, has announced a partnership

with family lifestyle expert and designer, Wendy Bellissimo. Known for her expertise in sophisticated nursery decor and apparel, this partnership marks Bellissimo’s first foray unto maternity wear, and will launch in September.

The Wendy Bellissimo for Destination Maternity Collection will feature both clothing and accessories inspired by her signature “boho-chic aesthetic” and will include wardrobe staples designed to offer both comfort and style for mums-to-be. Pieces include easy-wearing essentials like billowy maxi-dresses, layering tops, tribal-inspired sweaters, moto jackets and scarves.

"In all of my designs, from home decor to clothing, I find a way to incorporate relaxed, approachable style elements without over complicating a look," said Bellissimo, CEO and creative director of Wendy Bellissimo Media, Inc. The 26-piece apparel and accessories collection will be available from September at Destination Maternity and Motherhood Maternity stores and online.
