If you are going for a night out at a casino, it is important to dress the part, especially if you want to let your hair down and have a little fun. After all that is what going to a casino is all about, and why it is so much more fun than an online casino. These girls are certainly having a ball, and so should you.

Fundamentally you can wear just about anything that doesn’t look cheap. The official dress code of the vast majority of casinos in the UK and indeed throughout most of Europe is stated as being smart casual, but that doesn’t mean very much at all. Smart casual can be interpreted in a multitude of ways.

If you want to feel at ease in some of the high end casinos, particularly the Mayfair casinos such as Aspinalls and the Crockford Club, you can get in if accompanied by a member but if you don’t want to look and feel a little out of place you do need to wear something smart. A designer cocktail dress would be perfect, though failing that a stylish suit or smart skirt and top is fine as long as it looks expensive. An evening dress might be just a little bit over the top though, unless it is an official black tie dinner in which case an evening dress is more or less de rigour.

If you are visiting one of the standard lower end casinos then you can get by with just about anything you like as long as it is reasonably decent and clean. You can even wear jeans as long as they are smart and look reasonably fashionable, or maybe a 3/4 maxi dress?. It is important that you feel comfortable especially if you are going to be spending some hours on the gaming tables. Comfortable shoes or boots are a must. If you must wear a T-shirt, then avoid one with any text or images, generally they are not permitted attire.
