White Stuff's new instore initiatives

White Stuff, the fashion lifestyle retailer, is upping its brand offering in a bid to further gain

customer interest.

The new in-store initiatives are designed to offset the doom and gloom of the high street and to provide a sense of ‘Retail-tainment’ in its shops.

So now expect; a ‘Swap shop’ where consumers can bring back secondhand White Stuff items and exchange them for another item in-store. There will also be a monthly book club sponsored by Penguin Books at the Cardiff, Edinburgh, Battersea and Norwich stores and the Edinburgh store hosting the critically acclaimed, ‘One Million Tiny Plays’ throughout August.

White Stuff said it was giving customers an experience that goes beyond shopping as it further develops its brand enagagement strategy.
