Wolverine names new VP of Heritage Brands

Footwear retailer and distributor Wolverine Worldwide has named Elliot Brown as vice president of its Heritage Brands

Group EMEA.

In his new role, Brown will head up the group’s portfolio of footwear brands including Cat Footwear, Sebago, Wolverine, Bates and Harley Davidson. He is tasked with taking the group, which is currently stocked internationally across 190 countries, to the next level of “profitable growth”.

Brown previously served as the group’s commercial director and prior to joining Wolverine he held various roles at Barbour, Converse and Levis Strauss & Co.

Commenting on his new position, Brown said: “I am very excited to be given the opportunity to lead the highly regarded roster of Heritage Brands across the EMEA region, which are all steeped in rich heritage and authenticity with excellent global consumer awareness.

“All brands are seeing positive revenue growth and momentum across the region and I look forward to working with all brands to take the Group to the next level of profitable growth and category ownership.”
