Wolverine Worldwide appoints new board director

Footwear retailer and distributor Wolverine Worldwide has appointed Roxane Divol to the Company's Board of

Directors.

Divol, the senior vice president of Alliances for Symantec Corporation, one of the world's largest software companies that specialises in personal and organisational security, storage and availability solutions, has been appointed to the board for her “vast experience” in the fast-moving world of digital technology.

"Roxane Divol is a talented executive who adds valuable strategic and global perspective to our already strong Board of Directors," said Blake W. Krueger, Wolverine Worldwide's chairman and chief executive officer. "Roxane possesses an impressive track record with a strong marketing and sales background, along with her vast experience in the fast-moving world of digital technology. We are confident she will be a key asset as Wolverine looks to further strengthen its connections with consumers in today's ever-evolving marketplace."
