British designers taking part in the showcase are: Jenny M, which launched last season at London Fashion Week and its debut spring/summer collection, was bought by Browns; Studio Nicholson, designed by Nick Wakeman, will showcase its latest collection of understated androgynous luxury; and British label Rachel Antonio, will present its contemporary look featuring the best of British-sourced textiles.

International designers taking part in the launch pad includes: Austrian designer Rebekka Ruetz who launched her own label in 2009; French label Clivia Nobili will showcase its contemporary, timeless collection, which features a nod to modern ‘working class heroes’; and Canadian label Narces, which launches in Europe this season, will debut its autumn/winter 2012 collection of evening and special occasion dresses.

Karen Radley, Scoop founder commented: “It’s very important to us as organisers that Scoop provides a platform for new and emerging talent. New product has always been the lifeblood of successful fashion retail, and we’re delighted that so many new names have chosen Scoop for their only UK appearance of the season.”
