Zac Posen teams up with Magnum

American fashion designer Zac Posen has designed a 24-carat gold dress in collaborating

Magnum inspired by the brand’s latest product, a gold coloured ice cream bar entitled Magnum Gold.

The one-of-a-kind dress, which features some 10,000 gold sequins, has been valued at 1.5 million dollars and will be unveiled with a short film at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 18.

Commenting on his creation, Posen said: “Creating my first ever 24-karat gold dress was a truly priceless experience. I'm naturally drawn to luxury and love to push my creativity, so the design process of creating a couture dress made of gold was thrilling.”

The short film shot by director Jon Cassar, stars actor Joe Manganiello alongside actress Caroline Correa who wears Posen’s gold dress.
