Retail giant New Look was awarded with the ‘Best New Publication Award' for its staff magazine Gem, produced by Summersault Communications.  posted by the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC), the ceremony took place at the London

Hilton on Park Lane.

The 20-page bimonthly magazine was launched in June 2009 and has won several awards. The publication enables the company’s 19,000 members of staff across the UK and Europe to be informed about ongoing activities. It also allows the company to actively engage with its staff while generating excitement about the New Look Group and creating a sense of belonging for what is now the third largest fashion retailer in the UK.

Gail Franks, Managing Director of Summersault Communications, commented: “We are proud to be working with New Look.
