Acne has teamed up with transvestite publication Candy Magazine for a series of three shirts, available in denim and silk. The capsule range pieces are named after characters in 80s soap opera Dynasty, and called Alexis,

Krystle and Sammy Jo. Luis Venegas, Editor in Chief of Candy, has designed the collection with Acne's creative director Johnny Johannsen, adding a dramatic bow, ruffles, and dolman sleeves to the looks of bleached and stonewashed denim and silk.

Venegas told Interview Magazine: I wanted to create a bit of gender confusion. Instead of the usual unisex statement ‘for men and women,' I want people to ask: ‘is this for men, or women?' Well, this is for all the many types of men and women worldwide in the 21st century. It's tranny shirts for everybody, something relevant and open-minded."

Candy is the first fashion magazine dedicated to celebrating transvestism, transexuality, cross dressing and androgyny in all its manifestations. The collection will be available at Acne boutiques and select retailers.
