Commenting on the launch, Vince Chief Executive Officer, Jill Granoff, said: "We are thrilled to expand Vince into childrenswear, and offer our customers cool kids clothes that embody the Vince brand DNA.
"Tawil has done a great job translating Vince ready-to-wear to the world of kids and we are delighted to take this next step forward as we evolve Vince into being a global lifestyle brand.”
Prices for the childrenswear line will range from 24 dollars for tanks to 598 dollars for the scuba leather jacket for girls and for the boys 34 dollars for T-shirts to 398 dollars for jackets.
Vince Holding Corp names independent directors
Additionally, Vince Holding Corp has appointed former president of the Americas division of Burberry, Eugenia Ulasewicz as a new director to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. This appointment will bring the total number of directors to seven. Ulasewicz joins the Board as one of the three outside directors, along with Robert A. Bowman and Jerome Griffith, who were elected to the Board in connection with Vince's initial public offering.
Granoff, added: "Eugenia has extensive knowledge of luxury retail and global brand building. She, along with our other outside directors, Bob and Jerome, brings exceptionally relevant experience that will help ensure Vince successfully implements its strategic growth initiatives."
