Martha Medeiros, Adriana Degreas, Tigresse and Luiza Setúbal for LOOL have all been hand-picked by Alice Ferraz, founder of the creative, marketing and PR agency Ferraz Moda, and will take up residence at the Shop at Bluebird on the King’s Road for the duration of LFW in their own pop-up boutique.

Dubbed
as ‘the ones to watch’, the pop-up will provide the first ever retail access in the UK to these Brazilian brands, which have already recently appeared at Sao Paulo Fashion Week and attract international appeal.

The line-up of mixes womenswear alongside jewellery and swimwear with the aim to showcase Brazil’s multi-billion dollar fashion industry and will highlight the countries fashion-forward aesthetic approach to tailoring and luxurious dressing, as well as its passion for texture, colour and new technology.

Talking about the project, Ferraz said: “Brazilian fashion has grown to be a real world class player, producing home-grown brands and designer pieces that add value internationally. Brazil no longer purely represents a seasonal desire or a stereotypical colour or culture trend.

“The fashion industry in Brazil is a solid multi-billion dollar industry, strong enough to cater to over 200 million fashion conscious Brazilians. To date, there are many cases of local designers going global, working for major maisons and selling in top destinations.

“With the Brazilian pop-up at The Shop at Bluebird, we are unveiling Brazil’s best kept secrets and making these designers finally available in London.”

Paul Baptiste, Operations Manager at The Shop at Bluebird added: “The Shop at Bluebird is extremely excited to be hosting the Brazil Rising shop-within-a-shop during London Fashion Week.

“As part of the store’s on-going search for exciting and inspiring design talents with a global prospective on fashion, the partnership with Alice Ferraz presents an edit that highlights the best that Brazil’s effervescent fashion scene can offer.”

The Brazilian Pop-up will be open from September 14 to 28 and a selection of pieces will also be exclusively available to buy online throughout the season via The Shop at Bluebird’s new e-commerce platform, launching in September.
