According to an extensive survey by Clothes Show Live, during the festive season 1 in 3 men would prefer a romantic comedy to an action movie. Besides men turning romantic, women admit to spend more money on themselves that their friends

and family at Christmas.

Clothes Show Live’s research uncovering holiday traditions coincides with the show’s Fashion Theatre theme of ‘A Night at the Movies’. Over 3000 people were surveyed to find out their customs during Christmas.

“It’s no s
urprise that men have admitted to enjoying a romantic comedy at Christmas. It is at this time of year that we evaluate what is special to us, causing even the most ‘blokey bloke’ to surrender to some classic romantic movies”, says Maryam Hamizadeh, Show Producer of Clothes Show Live.

The fashion and beauty event is taking place until 8th December. The Fashion Theatre features 6,500 dedicated seats and a 45 minutes catwalk show. This year’s theme draws inspiration from UK blockbuster hits and Hollywood movies.
