Supporting the young and talented, Fashion Fringe is calling for final entries for its Fashion Fringe 2011 Accessories platform open until the 4th March. The competition is chaired by Bruno Frisoni, Creative Director of French shoe company Roger Vivier.

No formal
training is needed to be eligible to take part in the Fashion Fringe 2011 Accessories competition, as the initiative aims to find and support new accessories design talent. Offering an apprenticeship at Roger Vivier, the prize is designed to provide the winner with intensive exposure to all aspects of the luxury accessory business from design and development, to dealing with the press and wholesale account management.

Bruno Frisoni said: "I was lucky to be able to follow my dream. Therefore for me it is a privilege to play but a small part to encourage our next generation of young designers to create their own visions - to set out on their adventures with confidence and conviction and with the support of Fashion Fringe Accessories these may become a unique reality.”

Five candidates will be shortlisted to present their application to Bruno Frisoni and his judging panel. Fashion Fringe was created in 2003 and is organized by IMG Fashion. The accessories Award dates from 2009 following the success of Fashion Fringe Shoes in conjunction with Rupert Sanderson. Fashion Fringe receives continuing support from Covent Garden London, American Express, Davenport Lyons, DHL and The Mayor of London.
