Premium high street retailer Jaeger has restructured its senior management team with five new appointments, following the departure of Chief Operating Officer Carolyn Springett and brand director Shailina Parti. The fashion retailer has

named Liza Webb as director of womenswear, while Caroline Lee joins the brand as director of menswear and e-commerce. Both Webb and Lee began their careers at Marks & Spencer, and will report directly to Jaeger’s Chief Executive Officer Colin Henry, who joined the retailer in July.

Additionally,
former Burberry operations director for Europe, Michaela Moore, has been appointed as head of outlets, while Kate Cornell, former chief executive of cosmetics business Glossybox, joins as head of strategic planning.

The retailer has also named Harriet Castle as director of HR, and the former global director of people at Australian skincare company Jurlique will also join the executive committee.

Jaeger bolsters senior management team

Commenting on the restructure, Henry said: “I would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome the new senior management team who will play an integral part in transforming Jaeger to ensure it builds on its position as an iconic British brand both online and in store. I look forward to working closely with the team who bring such a wealth of talent to the business.”

The new restructure to the senior management team is with immediate effect, and as a result means COO Springett, who has been with the retailer for 12 years, and brand director Parti have departed, as their roles are no longer required.

Henry added: “I would also like to thank Carolyn for her commitment and significant contribution during her 12 years with the business. Shailina has also played a valued role in the development of the brand over the last year and we appreciate her dedication to the business. We wish them both well for the future as they pursue new challenges.”
