The London Fashion Week autumn/winter 2013 schedule has been released and it confirms that American designer Tom Ford is to host his first on schedule show in February. Ford will showcase his latest collection at 7pm on the Monday evening

in an on schedule show rather than a private viewing as in previous seasons. He joins L’Wren Scott who was confirmed yesterday, who is showing in London for the first time on the Sunday, after one season at Paris Fashion Week.

Taking
place from Friday, February 15 until Tuesday, February 19, Zoe Jordan will kick off the autumn/winter 2013 fashion week, with KTZ closing the event.

London will also again see shows from Moschino Cheap & Chic and Preen who are relative newcomers to the schedule, as well as regulars Burberry Prorsum, Christopher Kane, Giles, Paul Smith and Mulberry, who have returned to their Sunday morning slot.

Alongside the provisional schedule, the British Fashion Council also unveiled the London Fashion Week creative for AW13, which has been designed in collaboration with Manolo Blahnik, who recently picked up the Outstanding Achievement at this year’s British Fashion Awards.

The exclusive imagery that will be the backdrop to LFW, has been inspired by Blahnik’s personal career and features a scene of trees, planes, and shoes, which will be used across all print, marketing, digital and social media platforms for LFW AW 13.
