"L'Wren really understands what a woman loves and wants to wear. Her knack for bringing imaginative versatility and femininity to classic design is something that immediately brought us together as creatives," said Banana Republic creative director and executive vice president of design, Simon Kneen. "We share an appreciation for genuine luxury, beautiful fabrics and unexpected details. The designs created for this collection bring a modern approach to pieces you will love forever.”
The collection also features three original prints, which have been created exclusively for the range: a lip print, a peony print, and a candy stripe, which will be featured on everything from pyjama sets to blouses to accessories such as berets and socks.

Commenting on the collaboration, Scott, founder and designer of her namesake label, said: "A partnership of this scale was a first for me, and I was very excited to find a true partner in Simon."Through this collection, we were able to bring our shared vision to life and the end result is a capsule we're both so proud to call our own. It beautifully combines the ultra-feminine with wearable polish and will bring a sexy confidence to our consumers."
Scott’s own eponymous line, known for its tailored form-fitting dresses, will set customers back over 1,000 pounds for a dress; however her first high street collection will range from 39.50 to 165 US dollars, for apparel and 39.50 to 198 US dollars for accessories.
This is Banana Republic’s second designer collaboration announced this year, in April the retailer announced a tie-up with Issa London, the London-based brand known for designing Kate Middleton’s blue engagement dress, which hit stores in August.
